ORDERING
- How do I place an order?
- Browse through Zigma Jones and choose the products and add to cart.
- Navigate to Check out page.
- Enter your details as requested. Delivery address, contact number etc.
- Select the Payment method. (Cash, Credit card)
- Double check for accuracy of the submitted information.
- And place the order.
- I have placed my order. What’s next?
After you have placed the order, we will send you a CONFIRMATION email. We will try to dispatch your order as soon as possible and will send an email after dispatching from the warehouse.
- Are there any other ways to place the order?
Simply drop us a message on our Facebook page ( https://www.facebook.com/ZigmaJones ).
- Can I add an item to my order after I have placed my order?
Unfortunately no, however, you can simply place another order or inform us through Facebook to place
- What do I do if there has a problem with my order?

PAYMENTS
- What payment methods do you accept?
Card payments
Our website is integrated with the secured Sampath payment gateway (through link.lk).
Credit Card: any VISA, MASTER credit cards, and American Express cards.
Debit Card: Online activated debits cards only.
NOTE: Please note that we do not have credit card payment on delivery with us at the moment.
Cash on delivery
This option is only valid within Sri Lanka
- Is the delivery FREE of charge?
· Delivery is free within Colombo 1- 15.
· Outer suburbs would be LKR150 whilst out of Colombo would be LKR 250.
· Please note for orders above LKR 4000/- delivery would be free island wide.
