ORDERING

 

  1.  How do I place an order? 
  1. Browse through Zigma Jones and choose the products and add to cart.
  2. Navigate to Check out page.
  3. Enter your details as requested. Delivery address, contact number etc.
  4. Select the Payment method. (Cash, Credit card)
  5. Double check for accuracy of the submitted information.
  6. And place the order.

 

  1. I have placed my order. What’s next?

After you have placed the order, we will send you a CONFIRMATION email. We will try to dispatch your order as soon as possible and will send an email after dispatching from the warehouse.

 

  1. Are there any other ways to place the order?

Simply drop us a message on our Facebook page ( https://www.facebook.com/ZigmaJones ).

 

  1. Can I add an item to my order after I have placed my order?

Unfortunately no, however, you can simply place another order or inform us through Facebook to place 

 

  1. What do I do if there has a problem with my order?

PAYMENTS

 

  1. What payment methods do you accept?

 

Card payments

 Our website is integrated with the secured Sampath payment gateway (through link.lk).

Credit Card: any VISA, MASTER credit cards, and American Express cards.

Debit Card: Online activated debits cards only.

NOTE: Please note that we do not have credit card payment on delivery with us at the moment.

 

Cash on delivery

This option is only valid within Sri Lanka

 

 

  1. Is the delivery FREE of charge?

·         Delivery is free within Colombo 1- 15.

·         Outer suburbs would be LKR150 whilst out of Colombo would be LKR 250.

·         Please note for orders above LKR 4000/- delivery would be free island wide.
