Exchange policy

Cancellation Policy:

  • You may cancel an order before the order is dispatched from the warehouse. Please inform us on  0117245329 or through Facebook.

Returns and Exchange Policy:

  • Zigma Jones will gladly accept returns or exchanges of new, unworn, unwashed and unaltered garments with all internal garment tags intact with the original receipt. The returns or exchanges should be made within seven ( 7 )  days of the original purchase date.
  • We will be sending a new item to you if it is within the exchange period. You may return the old item to the courier person when you receive the new item. 
  • Please also note that there will be a 250 LKR delivery charge for exchange and we only allow one exchange occurrence.
  • Exchange processing may take up to 3 – 4  working days. 
  • Please note that we do not accept returns or exchange of discounted items.
  • Items bought from the Zigma Jones flagship store cannot get exchanged through the website. However, if you can visit the flagship store within 7 days you will be able to exchange the same.
  • Discounted items purchased online can be exchanged for the same item but different sizes. In the event the item is sold out we would not be able to exchange it.
  • Please note that the percent off / offers can only be applied for fresh orders placed during the offer period. Offers are not valid for exchange orders.
  • Do note that in the event the exchanging item price is lower than the first purchase order we do not refund if there is any balance. When doing the exchange you can purchase something equal or more than the first order amount and pay if there is any balance.
  • The returns and exchanges are accepted at Zigma Jones, No. 323, Galle Road, Colombo 4.

Refunds:

  • There will be no cash refunds. Please note that if the item is in the original condition you may have the price of the item as Store Credit.
