How do I cancel my order?

Please inform us through a call to cancel an order. The cancellation should happen before the order is dispatched from the office.

I have already made the payment; will I get a refund?

Sorry, the payment is not refundable. You can inform us by calling and change the ordered products with a different item of the same value.
